All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. When refunds are approved, they are issued to the original payment method.

2.1 System Failure

If our service experiences a system failure that prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period, we may offer:

  • Major Outage: Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues within our control
  • Critical Bug: A critical technical defect that completely prevents service usage and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

In such cases, we will investigate and determine appropriate compensation, which may include:

  • Service period extension
  • Partial refund at our discretion
  • Full refund in exceptional circumstances

2.2 Payment Errors

Refunds will be issued for payment processing errors:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Incorrect Amount: If you are charged an amount different from the displayed price
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges are made without your authorization

4. Subscription Plans

For recurring subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time
  • Automatic renewal will be disabled upon cancellation

5. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:

  2. Provide your account email and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation (error messages, screenshots, etc.)
  4. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  6. Allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds return to the same card
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide evidence to the payment processor
  • Invalid chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
